When I begin working with a new company or executive team, my first priority is simple: understand before acting.
Understanding starts with questions:
Only after I’ve gained deep insight into both the business mechanics and the human dynamics do I help set direction.
The goal?
To ensure a strong, well-aligned leadership team and to build a roadmap that includes strategic priorities, measurable KPIs, and clear ownership. Implementation, of course, must be adaptable. The most resilient strategies allow for learning and change.
But none of it works without trust. That’s why, even as an investor, I emphasize personal connection. Trust accelerates alignment—and alignment accelerates growth.
